Sequence data from the article: Complete Circularized Genome Resources of Seven Strains of Xylella fastidiosa subsp. fastidiosa Using Hybrid Assembly Reveals Unknown Plasmids. This study provides the complete genome of seven strains isolated from Rhamnus alaternus (R2XF4358/18 and XYL461), Vitis vinifera (IVIA5770, CFBP8351, CFPB8083 and WM1-1), Coffea canephora (CFBP8073). All strains belong to X. fastidiosa subsp. fastidiosa ST1, 2 and 75, respectively. Taxonomic assignment at subspecies level was based on MLST analysis using 7 housekeeping genes (Yuan et al., 2010) and whole genome sequencing using using a combination of long and short read technologies.
