Bexyl: One of the main goals of BeXyl project is the identification of new Xf host-genotypes in main perennial crops such as olive. In this sense, by propagating and supplying a new set of around 30 commercial cultivars from Mediterranean olive growing countries, the WOGBC will contribute to enlarge the olive diversity under evaluation. The information on the cultivars propagated and used in new experiments under controlled (in growth chambers & greenhouses) and field conditions in Bari, Italy (P5-CNR) is presented in this table. These cultivars will be screened for resistance to the Xylella fastidiosa disease.
