Sequence data from the article: Complete genome assembly of Xylella fastidiosa subsp. fastidiosa (ST1) strains “BA_GR31” and “BA_AL21” associated with a new outbreak in Apulia, Italy. Xff strains were obtained after its successful isolation in pure culture from two plant samples of Vitis vinifera (BA_GR31) and of Prunus dulcis (BA_AL21) collected in Apulia region (Italy) in 2024 in the framework of the annual surveillance program implemented in all European Union countries.
