Eighteenth seminar of the new Xylella Seminar Series jointly organised by the EU funded Bexyl project, EFSA (European Food Safety Authority) and Auburn University. Enrique Quesada-Moraga, University of Córdoba (UCO), Spain, gave a presentation titled Strategic options for managing Xylella fastidiosa vectors with entomopathogenic ascomycetes. Enrique Quesada-Moraga is Full Professor of Agricultural Entomology in the Department of Agronomy at the School of Agricultural and Forestry Engineering (ETSIAM). He holds several leadership roles within the International Organization for Biological Control (IOBC). Within the BEXYL project, he is particularly engaged in Work Package 5, focusing on the development of biological methods for managing populations of Xylella fastidiosa vectors.
